Czechia U18(CZ)
The Czech U18 team traditionally participates in The Cup tournament and is proud to be a part of this popular event. The Czech Republic's U18 preparation roster includes the total of 36 players, and each year, one team competes in the indoor tournament, gaining valuable experience in international softball. The Czech juniors are two-time European champions, having won the titles in 2021 and 2023. In July 2024, at the World Cup Stage 1 held in Brazil, they have qualified to the World Cup Finals 2025. The team is led by head coach Daniela Viktorýnová.
Eurostars
Last season felt like a real rollercoaster. We started with great enthusiasm in April, but ended on a downer in September. Nevertheless, we have started preparations for the 2025 season with new energy and joy. We are happy to welcome a great new staff: Shurty Tremus, Pai Tremus and Mireille G'uillard. This season is all about the perfect balance between hard work and fun.
Although we had to say goodbye to a number of players, we were also able to strengthen our roster with new and familiar faces. We are really looking forward to starting the season during our favorite 'hometown' indoor tournament with the mix of young talent and the experience of our hard core.
NL-U22
Team Kingdom of the Netherlands U22
After a very successful 2024 campaign, Team Kingdom of the Netherlands U22 has started to prepare for the European Championship of 2026. The team won the 2024 European Championship by beating Italy in the Final on a walk off grand slam homerun and took home the gold for the first time since 2016! Head coach Mariëlle Vleugels put together the right players to have a fantastic 2024 campaign. For 2025 and beyond she plans to do the same! It is her ultimate goal to have as many of her players participate on the international stage.
The U22 team is an important step in the development of talented young players from the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The common goal of these talented players is to represent the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the big international stage.
The Cup is the first step in 2025 towards the European Championship of 2026. The Cup gives the players of the U22 the opportunity to see where they stand in a strong international field of competition. The players of the U22 are talented, committed and very passionate about the beautiful game of softball!
The MIx
The Mix was established in 2017 by players Sian Wigington and Chelsie Robison for the purpose of exposing the players to a higher quality of game time and an international level of competition. After years of developing, The Mix continue to compete in tournaments around Europe.
In 2022, The Mix won Great Britain’s Fastpitch League meaning the team qualified for the Women’s Club Europeans in Croatia. After a few years of hard work, building together and growing their game, this Mix won gold at the Women’s Club Europeans 2023. This meant a spot in the 2024 Women’s Premier Cup in Buttrio, Italy. This was the first time a British club team had ever competed at the Premier cup.
The team were honoured for a spot to compete with the best in Europe, the girls played with grit and determination securing them 7th place and an invite back in 2025. The Mix continues to succeed with a core group of players and the ongoing introduction of new players joining the British softball programme brings fresh motivation to work hard for the upcoming season.
Joudrs
We welcome back Sk Joudrs Praha to the Cup2025.
The team is located in the beautiful capital Prague in the Czech Republic. The team has lot of young players. They won the second highest division in the Czech Republic last year and became second in the Junior Extra league. A lot of the players advanced to the Joudrs A team and became part of the Czech National team.
A couple of new players, a new coach, but still the same Neptunus vibe 😊 Neptunus plays this tournament since 2018, and won the trophy twice (in 2020 and 2023). This year our team consists of some players with a lot of Cup experience, and some up and coming young stars. These players were spectators of The Cup since they were kids, and now they will play themselves for the first time. Exciting times!
We are eagerly anticipating to see our softball friends from all over the world and hope they enjoy the softball games and our beautiful hometown city of Rotterdam. Some travel tips; The SS Rotterdam, a former luxury cruise vessel that sailed back and forth to New York from 1959 until 2000. And of course the historical part of Delfshaven, from where the Pilgrim Fathers boarded the Speedwell in 1620 to start their journey across the Atlantic. You can still see the (now called) Pilgrim Father Church where they spent the night and walk on the same cobble stones as they did. Need more tips? Ask the coaches of Neptunus!! :D
Neptunus
Olympia
Olympia Haarlem had a successful 2024. The team became national champions and won the European Premier Cup for the third year in a row. 2025 promises to be another great and busy softball year. The objective for Olympia is to defend both the league title and the Premier Cup.
It is always nice for Olympia Haarlem to start the preparation for the season in Schiedam by participating in The Cup. We will do this with a selection that is very similar to that of 2024. In addition to the departure of the foreign input, Yindi Beekveldt has switched to Onze Gezellen.
New to the selection are Lizzie Clarijs, Margot van Eijl and Renske Tellekamp. Renske will join in May/June due to college. The selection for The Cup is different from that for the coming season; this is because a number of players will be active in the competitions of Mexico and New Zealand.
Red Lions
Becoming champion of the first division, that was our goal last year. There were many chances but in the end we succeeded in the last weekend of the season. On an exciting final day we managed to win against our biggest competitor. Because of this championship we have been promoted to the Premier League. We hope that next year we will all gain a lot of experience and play fun matches. We are also very excited to participate in the Cup again, because this is always the first time you play matches with a new team. In any case, we are really looking forward to it!

Roef! has a team for 2025 that consists of a mix of young talent, talent that will continue to develop and talented experienced players. The pack added Rose, Millie and Reganied
Roef! is proud of a number of players who get the opportunity to play softball abroad in the winter and who will do so!
So during the Cup, Roef's team is looking forward to the addition of a number of talented German players to strengthen the team
This year Roef has set the challenge to reach the highest possible level for the team and show the opponents the best of the team
