Everyone entering the location recognizes that this is a dangerous sport and can lead to injury or death, and that it is up to every player and fan to take the appropriate measures to minimize this risk. Everyone who enters the location acknowledges that the Indoor Cup Foundation cannot be held liable for bodily injury, other damage and/or consequential damage.

The Indoor Cup Foundation can not be held liable for theft of vandalism
of your belongings. Make sure that you take good care of your belongings.

A sports facility is designated as a public space. as with most sports the hall is also accessible to non-players and visitors. The organization and visitors are allowed to film and take photos from the event and have the right to share them without express permission.

By participating and/or entering the tournament facility’s you agree as a player, coach and visitor that video images and photos can be made of players, coaches and audiences and can be shared in (internet) publications.

The names from participants and volunteers can be used in (internet) publications.

Iedereen die de locatie betreedt, erkent dat dit een gevaarlijke sport is en kan leiden tot blessures of de dood, en dat het aan elke speler en fan is om de juiste maatregelen te nemen om dit risico te minimaliseren. Iedereen die de locatie betreedt erkent ook dat de Stichting Indoor Cup niet aansprakelijk kan worden gesteld lichaamlijk letstel, andere schade en/of gevolgschade.

Stichting Indoor Cup kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor diefstal of vernieling
van je spullen. Zorg dus goed voor je eigen spullen.

Een sportaccommodatie wordt aangemerkt als openbare ruimte.
Het grootste deel van de sporthal is immers ook toegankelijk voor niet-leden
en bezoekers. De organisatie en bezoekers mogen filmen en foto’s maken
van bijvoorbeeld evenementen en deze delen zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming

Door deel te nemen aan dit toernooi ga je als speler, coach en toeschouwer akkoord dat er zowel videobeelden als foto’s gemaakt kunnen worden van speelsters,coaches en publiek en dat deze gebruikt kunnen worden voor (internet) publicaties.

Van deelnemers en vrijwilligers kunnen de namen in (internet) publicaties worden gebruikt.
